We agree that we do not, during or after the term of our employment, use or attempt to use any Confidential Information for any purpose other than those expressly authorized in writing by the Company. Specifically, we agree that we do not use or attempt to use the Confidential Information in any of the following ways:

This policy applies to all operations and services across MovingStone Digital, including all employees and contractors.

- In a manner that may cause, or is likely to cause, harm, injury, or loss to the Company, its business operations, or its reputation; or
- To directly or indirectly compete with the Company or in any way to further or promote the interests of a competitor
We acknowledge that any unauthorized use or disclosure of Confidential Information results in substantial harm to the Company, and we agree to be bound by this obligation during and after the termination of our employment.
